To be a great photographer, you don’t need high-end equipment or expensive lenses. You really don’t even need photoshop, even though everyone you talk to will tell you you do…
Nor do you need to be a camera wiz and know your camera like the back of your hand.
What you do need: 1) passion for shooting and sharing photos, and 2) a bigger bag of tricks than the next guy.
As long as you have those 2 things, you can be incredible!
Obviously, the first requirement… I can’t help you with much, but you’re here willing to learn about photography. That says a lot.

Trick Photography is cool and fun. Your photos will get shared more on Facebook and Twitter and people won’t be able to stop talking about them. And that’s cool!
But that’s not the best part.
The best part about trick photography is that it FORCES you to be creative, to work with your environment and imagine the impossible.
Can you make your subject levitate in real life? Of course not! In a picture though – absolutely :0)
Can you will a light orb into existence in the middle of a forest? Nope! But you can make it happen in your photos with a light pen and a long exposure!
